Where are your products made?

The art on our products is designed by artisans from Kenya but the final products are manufactured in, and shipped from, the following countries:

  • Metal Wall Art - USA
  • Hooded Blankets - China

How long will it take to receive my product?

Each product is made-to-order, meaning our team gets to work producing your item as soon as you place your order.

Please allow 3-7 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped.

Once shipped out, expect to receive your item at your specified address within 2 to 20 business days. Exact timing depends on the item you ordered and your location.

Why does shipping take that long?

Our products are made-to-order, meaning that our team gets to work producing your item as soon as you order it. Although this may mean a slightly longer wait than you might be used to from major online retailers like Amazon, it allows us to minimize operational and inventory costs and hence provide you with the highest quality products at very reasonable prices.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on item and location and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that import duties and any additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item cost or what we cover. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Are there countries you do not ship to?

Our metal wall art is shipped within the USA only.

We ship our other products worldwide except to the following countries:  Guatemala, Bolivia, Montenegro, North Korea, Kuwait, Georgia, Syria, Jordan, Ecuador, Morocco, Peru, Egypt, Iraq, Yemen, South Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, New Caledonia.

How do I keep track of my order?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out, which is typically within 5-7 business days after you place the order. Using this number, you can track your order at any time via our Track Order page. You will also receive tracking updates via email.
